Artist Bio:

I am a Senior College Student at the University of Central Florida, and a dual major in Graphics Design and Computer Science. I love to explore new mediums and ways to view the world, and exploring the natural areas of Florida has always been one of my favorite hobbies. In the future, I plan to continue bringing awareness to conservation efforts for our state, and supporting our local ecosystems as much as possible.

Artist Statement:

My work focuses on highlighting the natural beauty of the world around us, both in the gorgeous landscape of Florida and our surrounding nation. Animals both common and endangered, migratory and native, landscapes from our natural lakes, rivers, and estuaries, all deserve to be recognized for how important they are to our state's natural beauty! While my main medium is watercolor, over this year I have expanded into other mediums to display wildlife and landscapes in new ways. I try to bring the natural beauty of Florida to those who may not have the time or ability to explore the state widely, and bring awareness to animals that have become endangered and landscapes that are slowly disappearing over time. Our state is beautiful, always has been, and it should remain beautiful forever.
