Artist Statement:

My work explores the intersection of tradition and innovation, reflecting a passion and commitment to delivering pieces that are both visually engaging and conceptually meaningful. By blending traditional artistic influences with contemporary design approaches, I aim to create pieces that not only communicate visually but also reflect my cultural background and personal experiences. Each piece, made entirely by hand, emphasizes process, materiality, and authenticity. I view each artwork as an opportunity to encourage creativity and celebrate uniqueness, offering viewers one-of-a-kind expressions that cannot be replicated. In this series, I experimented with conventional handmade techniques, placing particular emphasis on contrasts of value to heighten depth and impact. Through this approach, I aim to affirm the continuing relevance of traditional practices in a contemporary context.
