Artist Bio:
Mia Pacheco is a twenty-one year old Studio Arts major. She is currently in her senior year towards her Bachelor's at the University of Central Florida, planning to graduate in the Spring of 2025. Future plans involve growing her portfolio, as well as continuing to develop her artistic skills and knowledge, both personally and academically.
Artist Statement:
With my artwork I aim to provide a window into how I view my world around me. I create my artwork by altering and capturing various images and subjects, I then use multiple kinds of mediums to draw out their fantastical elements. I bring these elements out through my use of imagery, color, lighting, or simple paying and drawing close attention to everyday things which I believe have a certain beauty to them, where I try to emulate that for others to see as well.
