Artist Bio:
Victoria is a student at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Visual Arts Management. Passionate about exploring different ways to create, she enjoys working with a variety of mediums, from painting and photography to mixed media and digital art. For Victoria, art is about experimenting and discovering new approaches, often combining techniques to see what emerges. She loves the freedom of not being tied to a single style or method, allowing each piece to take on its own personality. With a curiosity for both creating and managing art, she is excited to continue growing and finding new inspiration.
Artist Statement:
My medium of choice to experiment with has been photography. I gained interest in it at a young age but couldn’t fully divulge in it until this last year. I’ve been learning to love the process of capturing moments while understanding the importance of lighting. Photography allows me to pause and find beauty in everyday details. The way light interacts with a subject can change the entire feeling of a photograph, and I enjoy playing with that dynamic to tell a story. As I continue to refine my technical skills, I’m also exploring how photography can express complexities in emotions and perspectives, making each shot a new story to create.
